We aim to respond to corrections within five business days and other messages as soon as we can. We are a small team, so thank you for your patience.

We welcome corrections about your app's features or pricing at any time. What we cannot offer is paid placement, a guaranteed review date, or influence over your score — every app is measured with the same published method, as set out in our editorial policy.
